Lajbi, you definitely don't know anything about Swizz because some of those production credits is garbage and he aint even from Jamaica. Step your editing up.

It wasn't me who created the Production credits section and who wrote the biography. I added the infobox and picture. Lajbi 14:02, 22 April 2006 (UTC)

Yes I am an MTV Employee and I'm putting these links up for the right reasons. This is exclusive content only on MTV.com which I feel would enhance the article.--Chasingemy 21:09, 23 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Casio legal action?

In a recent radio interview answering plagiarism allegations of his own (see 2007 Timbaland plagiarism controversy, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JTvY3wZrHrQ, http://www.zxdemo.org/extra/timbaland_radio_transcript.txt), Timbaland claimed that Casio once sued Swizz Beatz for sampling / remixing / plagiarising (delete as applicable) a demo tune from one of their keyboards without permission. If so, that sounds like something worth mentioning here - does anyone have more information about this incident? Slovakia 11:31, 9 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] $250,000 to $400,000 a beat

I am removing this claim. It is just ridiculous. I mean, Scott Storch charges $80,000 a beat and that is considered high.

Not necessarily true. Timbaland's salary is in the mid six-figures, and charges up to $500,000 per beat. Rockstar915 18:50, 6 April 2007 (UTC)
I agree, Dr. Dre was supposedly earning $250,000 a track, years ago. By the way the end of the first paragraph isn't in English.

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Swizzy.jpg

Image:Swizzy.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

[edit] Where The Cash At?

"Where The Cash At?" will be Swizz's first single off of his new album which I believe has been decided to be Life After The Party. I added it to the discography. Heres pics from the video shoot http://www.wireimage.com/ItemListings.aspx?igi=317197&nbc1=1. --Nyj1218 (talk) 22:36, 24 May 2008 (UTC)
