Swiss longevity recordholders

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Swiss longevity recordholder is difficult to determine as centralised records are not public.

Articles about the oldest living Swiss of the moment reported on:

From 1970–2004, four persons in Switzerland lived to be 110 years or older; they died between 1993 and 2001, according to the Swiss Federal Statistical Office quoted by a journalist [6]. This would include Emma Duvoisin and Mathilde Bonzo-Wrede listed above. Anna Ringier-Kieser would be the fifth.

Information from the Thatcher-Kannisto database indicates the Swiss record to be age 111, but no name is given.
