[edit] Overview

The first releases on the label were of their own projects conceived in swim studio - these included Oracle with ex Minimal Compact singer Samy Birnbach and immersion as well as their own solo albums. Early releases set a standard of a mix of styles which the label has always encompassed. Releases through the nineties included g-man (minimal techno from LFO's Gez Varley), electro, synth pop-ambience from Lobe (latterly much favoured by the Pet Shop Boys having remixed their 2006 single "Fundamental" and been featured on their Back to Mine compilation) and muscular post-post rock from Silo. Their most notable releases in this decade have been by Githead a project which features the Newmans and Robin Rimbaud (Scanner) alongside Minimal Compact drummer Max Franken.

The label is closely associated with PostEverything Mail Order
