[edit] Holocaust denial

Hi - I noticed you have altered 'peoples' to 'people' a few times on the Holocaust denial article. I wanted to explain the reason for changing it back again, so you don't think we're being awkward with our reverts: the article uses 'peoples' in the recognised sense of multiple ethnic, racial or national groupings. We can refer to a nation or race as a 'people' (eg the Jewish people meaning the Jewish race, or the American people meaning the American nation). Therefore 'peoples' is the plural of this, meaning more than one racial/national group (eg the peoples of Eastern Europe meaning all the different races/nationalities of Eastern Europe). Hope this helps ;) EyeSereneTALK 08:51, 24 July 2007 (UTC)
