The Sweet Embrace Stakes is a Group 3 Australian thoroughbred horse race for fillies aged 2 years old, over a distance of 1200m.
It is held annually at Randwick Racecourse in Sydney. The winner of the race is given an automatic place in the final field for the STC Golden Slipper Stakes.
The race is named in honour of Sweet Embrace, winner of the 1967 Golden Slipper Stakes.

1979 – 1986 was a Listed Race
1987 onwards Group 3
1979 - 1998 the race was known as the ‘Sweet Embrace Stakes’
1999 the race was known as the ‘Lone Star Steakhouse and Saloon Stakes’
2000 onwards the race has been called the ‘Sweet Embrace Stakes’.
