Swarcliffe

Swarcliffe is a district of east Leeds, West Yorkshire, England. It is 4 miles (7 km) east of Leeds City Centre and lies in the LS14 Leeds postcode area.
It is situated between Seacroft, Whinmoor and Cross Gates. The district of Stanks has been incorporated into Swarcliffe.
The area is being enhanced via the Swarcliffe Public Private Partnership Scheme (PFI). Leeds City Council and other private sector companies such as Mowlem.
