    • Suhasini Ali, (his granddaughter), communist politician
      • Shaad Ali, (his great grandson), bollywood filmmaker
  • Mrinalini Sarabhai (his daughter), celebrated danseuse
  • Vikram Sarabhai (his son-in-law), noted scientist
    • Mallika Sarabhai, (his granddaughter), danseuse and activist
