The Swan 78 label shown here Image:SwanRecordNapoleon.jpg is not the Swan record company this article is about. Does anyone have any info on the earlier Swan Records for a either a separate article or a paragraph preceding the main article? Steelbeard1 03:38, 24 March 2006 (UTC)
- If it can be established that there have been multiple companies named "Swan Records", that should go in the article. -- Infrogmation 16:48, 2 July 2006 (UTC)
- Unless there is any info on the earlier Swan Records, I say no. With the linked discographies proving that the Swan Records the article is describing never issued a 78 rpm record, the inclusion of the 78 would be misleading. Steelbeard1 16:52, 2 July 2006 (UTC)
- It was recorded on April 1946 as proven at this link [1] and almost a decade before the Swan Records based in Philadelphia was founded. Steelbeard1 21:43, 2 July 2006 (UTC)
