Svetlaya (urban-type settlement)

Svetlaya (Russian: Све́тлая, lit. light, bright) is an urban-type settlement in Terneysky District, Primorsky Krai, Russia, located in the mouth of the Svetlaya River. Population: 1,100 (2005 est.); 1,136 (2002 Census); 1,110 (1989 Census). It is the third most populated settlement in the district after Plastun and Terney.

There is a large fish processing factory in Svetlaya.
