Svetlana Kulikova (born November 14, 1980 in Moscow, Russia) is a Russian ice dancer. She has competed with Arseni Markov and Vitali Novikov. She teamed up with Markov in 1996 and competed with him on the junior and senior level. They placed second at the 2003 Russian Figure Skating Championships. With Novikov, she won the first competition they entered as a team, the 2003 Nebelhorn Trophy. They were coached by Tatiana Tarasova and Evgeni Platov. Kulikova & Novikov broke up after placing 14th at the 2005 World Figure Skating Championships.
Kulikova lives in the United States where she works as a choreographer.
