Sverre Holm

Sverre Holm Gundersen, (July 24, 1931 - March 17, 2005) was a renowned Norwegian stage and film actor. He is probably best known for playing "Benny" in the Olsenbanden-movies (1969-1998), and the leader of the Norwegian child's program Sesam Stasjon (1990-1998) with characters based on those from Sesame Street. Sverre Holm was born in Drammen and was in his youth a relavtively good bandy player for Drafn. He died in Larvik, Norway at the age of 74, from cancer.
