Suzy Q's are a brand of pastries developed by Hostess, with crème filling (similar to that of a Twinkie) sandwiched between either chocolate or banana-flavored cakes. They were invented in 1961 and took their name from the daughter of Continental Baking Company Vice President Cliff Isaacson.
