Suzuki RV 125 Van Van

The Suzuki RV125 Van Van is a motorcycle series manufactured by Suzuki in the 1970s and reintroduced again in 2003.

The Suzuki RV125 had an air-cooled, 123cc single cylinder, 2-stroke engine producing 9.8hp @ 6000rpm. The RV range also consisted of 50cc, 75cc and 90cc variants.

The new RV125 VanVan has a four stroke, air cooled, single cylinder, SOHC engine with 125cc displacement producing 12hp @ 9500rpm.
It has a six speed gearbox and chain drive, with a dry mass of 117Kg and a seat height of 770mm. The Suzuki RV125 is a classed as a dual purpose bike, capable of cruising around 60mph on the highway or riding on trails, sandy or rough ground, although it is not designed for mud.
The 2007 model now has fuel injection instead of the carburettor featured on earlier models
It is often referred to as a 'sandbike'
