Suzanne Is Getting Married is a 2-song 7" EP was released to commemorate the wedding of MaximumRockNRoll's Suzanne Bartchy and AK Press's Ramsey Kanaan. Both songs were recorded during the sessions for the band's final album before their second breakup, How to Make Enemies and Irritate People. Bassist Mike Dirnt from Green Day played on the album and recorded the bassline for side A of this EP. Due to a scheduled performance on the David Letterman Show, he was unable to play on the second song, so recording engineer (and future full-time bassist) Mass Giorgini recorded the bassline for side B. Though "Waiting for Susie" was co-written with longtime bassist Danny Vapid, he left the band before these recording sessions began. The song was written for the 1992 album Wiggle but left off of the album, and was later slightly re-done for this release. This record is currently out of print, but both songs are included on the two-disc rarities collection Thank You Very Little.
