[edit] Rationale in Seijun Suzuki
The image, Suzukiseijun.jpg, is felt to be fair use as:
- The image is of a much lower resolution than an original photograph (copies will be of a very inferior quality).
- Its inclusion in the article in no way limits any copyright owners rights to market the image.
- Its used solely for informational purposes.
- Its inclusion adds significantly to the article by illustrating the historically important subject.
- It illustrates the subject with his patented van Dyke look for which he is well known.
- The subject is of poor health and is permanently affixed to a respirator, thus were a free photo attained it could be construed as a less than dignified choice to illustrate the man.
