For what it's worth, Rafaelsfingers came on IRC last night asking for an unblock review and claiming innocence... and his behavior seemed consistent with that of Giovanni33 by all present; his IP also geolocated to the Bay Area. I'd say the WP:DUCK is quacking here. krimpet✽ 14:10, 16 April 2008 (UTC)
