- Evidence
As described at Wikipedia:Requests for checkuser/Case/WikiWoo, user GST2006 is a sockpuppet of community banned user WikiWoo (ban is described here).
In summary:
- Behaviour at Conseil scolaire de district du Centre-Sud-Ouest and Talk:Conseil scolaire de district du Centre-Sud-Ouest is consistent with WikiWoo's past behaviour:
- Pushing a singular POV on corrupted public and elected officials
- Accusing other editors of being corrupted officials or public employees
- Edits such as this:
- 19:56 14 September 2006 - GST2006 places a paragraph on controversy that was apparently the centre of quite a bit of discussion. This paragraph gets beaten on and violated for some time, and then removed by another anon.
- 11:57 15 September 2006 - the paragraph is replaced by 216.154.134.91, which is the same IP that WikiWoo had been using prior to his community ban
- Disruptive comment style:
- Disruptive editing style:
- edit war/reverting to controversial and unsupported POV (see full list of contributions to CSDCSO for the entire month of September 2006, as most edits during this entire month were done by GST2006)
More information available in the checkuser request.

I am not WikiWoo
Stephane Charette is unable to deal with the legitimate facts and proper issues published in the article Conseil_scolaire_de_district_du_Centre-Sud-Ouest. As a result of his failure to find any legitimate arguments and reasonable objections to use in discussions with me he is using this process instead as the means to attack and remove editors from Wiki which have highlighted illigitimate conduct on the part of this school board.--GST2006 19:32, 2 October 2006 (UTC)
I will be responding to each of the above item by item...but for now it is enough that the aledgedly distruptive comments attributed to me be looked at in the context of what I was responding to. Stephane Charette and others working together with him have instigated each of the responses by acting grossly uncivil to me and making gross accusations. I hope that on coclusion we can review the conduct of User:S Charette and sanction that person accordingly as a community for using such underhanded means as a way of achiving censorship to advance his POV.--GST2006 19:54, 2 October 2006 (UTC)

As the user who was most involved with WikiWoo, I feel I understand his mannerisms fairly well. What I've seen so far of GST2006's behaviour (admittedly not a whole lot) in itself would not be enough to convince me that he is WikiWoo (I see similarities, not exact correlations). I would like to see if GST2006 can give a credible reason why the IP noted above is the same (for instance, evidence it is a library computer). └ OzLawyer / talk ┐ 21:26, 2 October 2006 (UTC)

I see sufficient parallels, plus a "likely" (i.e. significantly higher than "possible") Check User. Since GST2006 is in any case disruptive and tendentious, I have indef-blocked. Guy 21:40, 2 October 2006 (UTC)
- You're right, I just read a couple more comments by GST2006 and definitely see he is the same person. └ OzLawyer / talk ┐ 21:44, 2 October 2006 (UTC)
