Notice the times of the last edit by Snicoulaud and the first by Mattripley. All single purpose, and this is probably a WP:COI problem as well as it is likely that he is the author of the sources he cites. Anyway I don't know if this deserves a block, but I warned the original account and he went ahead and made another account.
