Conclusions

It's been ten days since anything abusive happened. We want this person to stop. Hopefully they have. I am going to close this case. If they return to cause further trouble we can reopen the case. Many of the diffs above are stale, more than a month old. This is a Comcast IP. It will be reallocated periodically, so there is no point in blocking at this point.
