User:AVA241 is a fairly obvious sockpuppet of AVA24.

Conclusions

This case is moot. AVA24 last edited in May, about a month ago, and AVA241 has not edited at all. I'm kinda curious how Octane could have connected them without looking in Special:Listusers. It's true that AVA24 was warned for vandalism, but she was never blocked, and if she wishes to start over with a new account (assuming it's the same person) I'm willing to allow that.
