Do we really need all that stuff about her moving down the ranks of the world's oldest people prior to her death?

It has nothing to do with her, and makes it sound like this is some sort of competition. I especially like the "due to a quirk of statistics..." bit. --Saforrest 21:54, 21 February 2006 (UTC)
