[edit] Article history

[edit] Popularity Results
What about using Popularity results on Wiki? Why don't you want to use A LOT of information of Survivor on Wiki? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.32.1.34 (talk) 20:59, 28 December 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Number of episodes
I updated the number of episodes to 206, which is actually less than the previous number that was there. I did this by looking at the number of episodes for each season, adding them up and then adding 1 for Micronesia's premiere.
I found:
- 6 seasons with 13 episodes = 78
- 8 seasons with 14 episodes = 112
- 1 season with 15 episodes
Total = 205 for first 15 seasons. If there is something I'm missing, please let me know. -- BullWikiWinkle 17:36, 8 February 2008 (UTC)
- It could be "America's Tribal Council." Thats probably what youre looking for. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.252.4.81 (talk) 20:42, 19 February 2008 (UTC)

- Recap episodes! They generally haven't contributed to the episode count on each season article, so should they be included in this? Or either? -- THE DARK LORD TROMBONATOR 08:32, 28 April 2008 (UTC)
[edit] List of U.S. Survivor seasons
A lot of the info in that article is duplicated from info here. This article isn't particularily long, and neither is that article, so I think the two could easily be merged. -- Scorpion0422 23:27, 26 April 2008 (UTC)
- I agree, a lot of the information is doubled, and the information can easily be found in the individual season articles (such as the tribe) Definate merge Survivorfan101 (talk) 07:04, 27 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Seasons 19 and 20
According to www.topix.com, Jeff Probst has signed on for the show's 19th and 20th seasons. I'm not sure whether it's a reliable source or not, so I didn't create pages for these seasons, but since they got the "on the equator" right, it might end up to be true. Is it a reliable source? RaLo18 20:21, 13 May 2008 (UTC)
- I recall that Probst had formerly been signed up to the sixteenth for a while, yet we didn't make those articles until the application came out, which is how and why we have pages for 17 and 18. Although the information on the topix site originally comes from USA Today (I think that's reliable; I'm not from the States), we should follow the same inclusion criteria here. -- THE DARK LORD TROMBONATOR 08:04, 14 May 2008 (UTC)
- Jeff Probst is signed on to host the seasons 17-20, but only if they happen. The 17th and 18th are the seasons that CBS has confirmed will happen. If Survivor drastically falls in popularity during those two seasons, it can be cancelled before a 19th season. OldestManOnMySpace (talk) 11:03, 15 May 2008 (UTC)
