Whew, took a bit of a while to type up, as I'm more of a wikipedia reader than editor. Anywhooo here it is. I'm surprised no one had written one yet, so I did my best, and hope people will patch it up a bit. Furthermore I left a stub marker at the bottom since I think it still needs a bit more work from a more able hand, but please, someone remove it if they feel it isn't needed.
