Surya Jowel developed the technique of Suryayog, a simple process to draw the curative Energies from the Sun.

Born in Kerala State of India, At a very young age he lost interest in the material world and started his search for Eternal Truth. His quest took him to many Ashrams, Holy places and finally to Himalayas where he spent years doing Intense Sadhana.

After Illumination on Shivarathri night in 2001, his focus changed to the spreading of the ancient techniques of Suryayog and the powerful meditation called Chidhakaashyog.

By fifteen, he started his toughest journey of life to his destination unknown. By twenty The Himalayas beckoned him to be under the nurturing care of the compassionate & blissful Holy Masters where he Slept in the Lap of his life Mother Nature. He came back to the world to give the humanity the fast food for the soul “Suryayog & Chidhakaashyog”.

Surya Yoga is an advanced Yoga that helps a common individual to merge with Nature. It is claimed that problems like excess sugar, high blood pressure, chest and heart problems, headache, skin cancer, asthma, spondylitis, eye problems, depression, lack of memory, lack of concentration & will power, phobias etc can be vaporized through regular SuryaYog Sadhana. The technique of Surya Yoga is being promoted around the world.
