Survivable Low Frequency Communications System

The Survivable Low Frequency Communications System is a communications system designed to be able to operate, albeit at low data transfer rates, during and after a nuclear attack.[1] Very Low Frequency (VLF), High Frequency 3-30 MHz are two examples.
