Surrey-Whalley is a provincial electoral district for the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia, Canada located within the city of Surrey.

The Whalley community of Surrey is generally considered to have a high rate of crime. Especially notorious for crime is the area of West Whalley, from 93 Ave, extending down King George Highway to the base of the Pattullo Bridge.[citation needed] Another high rate criminal area is the skytrain station at surrey central. Gang violence has risen 174.3% according to The Vancouver Sun

Its MLA is Bruce Ralston. He was first elected in 2005. He represents the New Democratic Party of British Columbia.
