Surinder Shinda is an Indian singer and actor. He has had numerous hit songs including "Putt Jattan De", 'Truck Billiya", "Balbiro Bhabhi", "Kaher Singh Di Mout" and "Sohni Lagdi feat. Sukshinder Shinda". He has also appeared in Punjabi films such as Putt Jattan De and Uccha Dar Babbe Nanak Da.

Surinder Shinda was born Surinder Singh Hunjan. He was born into a Sikh family in Punjab. He was a colleague of the renowned Punjabi singer Kuldeep Manak and has also taught music to the late Amar Singh Chamkila, Gill Hardeep and his son, Maninder.
Shinda currently works as a producer for younger artists. In addition, his latest album Putt Sardaran De was successful in the Punjabi music market.
