1. The image is of low resolution; illegal copies could not be made from it.

2. The image is an album cover, being used to illustrate the article about the album in question.

3. This cover artwork is widely available on many other websites. The use of it on Wikipedia does not make it any more accessible than it already is.

4. No public domain images could replace this one, as all the cover art and promotional art for this album is copyrighted and anything else would be inadequate for identification or commentary.
