The seal of Surigao City, Surigao del Norte in the Philippines. This logo is used under both Philippine and U.S. fair use provisions as this image is the only available version of the seal of the City of Surigao, there are no free alternatives available and this image is being used in an educational context and is an integral part of the article on Surigao City.
