Superchad Welcome!

Hello, Superchad, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Again, welcome!

And on another note, I'd like to ask you how exactly are you affiliated with DudyConstructor. -- Riffsyphon1024 04:41, Apr 20, 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Age of Empires III

Please stop adding a link to the farclan website in the AoE3 article. Here on Wikipedia, external links should be informative websites with a good amount of content. Check out Age of Empires II. That game has a lot of fansites - AoK Heaven, AoK at MrFixitOnline, AoE2.com, and others. Out of fansites, only AoKH is listed in the article. Refer to Wikipedia:External links for a guideline which says: "On articles about topics with many fansites, including a link to one major fansite is appropriate, marking the link as such." The link you are adding is definitely not a major site, unlike AoE3Heaven. Solver 14:40, 21 Apr 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Criticism of Wikipedia

Please read about the three revert rule here, because you're in danger of violating it. You've reverted Criticism of Wikipedia three times in a few hours; if you do it one more time within 24 hours, you'll be blocked from editing. Also, please note that it's for policy reasons that people are reverting your addition of your fansite. It's cool to argue about it, but you should do that on the talk page, not in the article itself. Bishonen | talk 19:32, 23 August 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Please do not recreate deleted articles

You have recreated the article Byirat, which was previously deleted. Please do not recreate deleted articles unless they are written in a manner which is encyclopedic. I am willing to discuss the matter, but resubmitting nonsense spam to Wikipedia isn't proper. Thanks Bumm13 17:15, 29 November 2005 (UTC)

[edit] is this how i respond and IT is Encycleopedic

It is encyclopedic, in a way. Do research on byirat.com, it hacked my brothers site, and the entire server it was on, it placed in the scource code of the homepages, a web address going to byirat.com, the file that it says is img.txt, which is welcoming users to php remove view (remview), this site is about apparently web hosting (possible motives too hack these people to get bussnises, and japananese singers, there ip goes to a web hoster, please research this site.

It appears that you might be User:12.210.165.35. Please see User talk:12.210.165.35 for relevant discussion about the Dell article. --TheKoG (talk|contribs) 19:02, 10 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] LiveCD

Not sure if you're the person who was asking for a LiveCD recommendation. If your hardware is older / low memory, Dyne:Bolic may be what you want, otherwise the Ubuntu liveCD will likely have what you have in an "easy to use" setup. For a more full-featured toolkit, grab a Knoppix. Cheers.

[edit] SimCity 4

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a mere directory of links nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that exist to attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam policies for further explanations of links that are considered appropriate. If you feel the link should be added to the article, then please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. See the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you. —  $PЯINGrαgђ  Always loyal! 21:41, 9 November 2006 (UTC)

Please see the external links guideline which advises strongly against the inclusion of fansites. There are many reasons to not include them.-Localzuk(talk) 22:09, 9 November 2006 (UTC)

thats because a lot of fansites are useless and are just forums to talk about the game, simtropolis is a major fansite and has tutorials to do things that people could never find out in the sc4 article, and mods, lots and bats that can be downloaded to make the game more fun, along with some tools such as the regional terraformer. simtropolis even has its own wikipedia article and its recognized by ea, ST moderators and admins even got to go out and meat will wright the creater of simcity and the other people that designed teh game. people here mostly misinterpert the policy of wikipedia and remove stuff that is allowed by wikipedia.
