Relative newbie from Portland, OR. Thus far I've mainly stuck to occasional copyediting and reverting vandalism, but I'm hoping to learn to make more active contributions. Hopefully I can keep my newbie faux-pas to a minimum. Main areas of expertise (or at least interest) would include computers, outdoor recreation (esp. cycling), and Oregon history and geography.

My first anticipated project is to create some content centered around amatuer bicycle racing, with information to help newcomers find their way into the sport and learn the basics needed to enjoy themselves competitively.
