Hiiiiii people!!!!!!!!!! My name is Lucía and im from Uruguay...I'm 18 years old, 6'2 feet tall and currently weighting 160.6!!!! (as from 29 March 2008). I'm a brunette, hazel eyes... Hmmm what more can i say?? I love reading!!!!!!! Especially Stanley Kubrick, Stephen King and Mary Higgins Clark!!!!!!! Well my all time favourite movie is Moulin Rouge!..and my fav show is ANTM...i loved cycle 4 and cycle 7!!!!! And now I'm watching Cycle 9 on youtube.com...and I soo hope Chantal wins :D As for my studies...I'm currently finishing my HighSchool Years at Instituto Pre/Universitario...acutally i just finished my 6th year of highschool so I'm now in the University (i mean I'll start next year but whatever!!!!!! im so happy) What more? Hm...in case you didnt notice I'm pretty bored and I want to include as many links as I can now that I've learnt how to do it :D...If anyone is bored and wants to include a welcoming topic or sth like that...with a big smile...no problem :D i would be glad if you did :D |

As you can see in my profile...I'm an avid student of English...I mean I was born as a spanish native speaker but English is something that truly admires me...plus I love it as a language...I'm actually going to study Translating...I don't know how to say it but it means I'll be working with companies and all that stuff traducing from English to Spanish or the other way round...tomorrow (13/12/2007) I have the CPE (Certificate in Profficiency English) which is like the ultimate exam and I'm really stressed out now :D
Every now and then I'm going to be changing my biography...only because it's something that I want to remember when I grow up...like search myself at Wikipedia and see what I was going through at the moment!!!

- 12/12/07 at 19:22 pm...i think i should be given a badge for this!! i've been deleting the most stupid spoilers ever in ANTM...i mean they come and put in the winners "George W. Bush", "Your mum" and "Your grandma"...im so tired of it!!!!! I blocked 2 users which were editing and re-editing again like every 20 seconds...anyway i should so be given a badge! ahahah cya
- 13/12/2007 at 18:29 pm...Today I did Use of English, Reading and Writing of the CPE (certificate in profficiency english) and omg...reading was...dreadful i think...i mean i passed surely but not with more than B...and thats :S...and in Use of English i know i missed 2 points because instead of "a hint of garlic" i put "a lead of garlic"...i dunt remember if i changed it...but now im REALLY pissed at myself...
- 18/12/2007 Only 11 days to go to Punta del Este to have fun!!!!!!!!!! Cant even wait to go there!!!! Im so freaking excited!! I was jut watching The Cutting Edge which is a beautiful movie..and I'm sooooo excited!! I dunno why :D i just put "the picture of the day" thingy there...and a very special message below my last things...have fun then ppl!! luv y'all!!

- 26/12/07 I hateeeeeeee school MAN!!!! They put a special exam to my father on the day of his 25th wedding ANNIVERSARY!!!! 25th!!!!!!! They put it the 27 of December are YOU KIDDING???????????????????????????????????????????????' im so pissed SO PISSED!
- 02/03/08 Hmmm its been a while!!!!! Well...i passed the exam (CPE) with C..which is not cool cuz i hate passing with such a low mark...anyway....i start the University the 10 of March...(which exactly gives me 8 days of holiday..) and i'll do Traducing of English (so i can be an interpreter...) and I'm really excited!!!!!!!!! I really want to start hehe. Right now im watching "Feats of Clay" on youtube.com, i've started watching season 1 of charmed cuz i never got the chance to watch in on TV...and i'll watch seasons 2, 3, 7 and 8 (cuz here in Uruguay they didnt transmit those yet...)
- 14/03/08 heyyyyy peoplee!!! today is the last day before i go on holiday!!!! the first week on the university was so cool!!!!! i had phonetics, linguistics, cultural studies, psichology, pedagogy and educational philosophy...which is not so cool but all in all i love it!!!!! for all of those who do not know what im studying....im studying to be an English Interpreter (cuz i decided it is so much better than traducing...cuz i would die of boredom if i traduced texts rather than be an interpreter in the OEA or UN or for the government or sth like that...SOOOO COOL isnt it?) i know i sound kinda...immature but i really love this option....more than i thought of fashion design!!! cuz fashion design...i dunno....im not sure if i would love it as much and plus its a complicated industry...coz(at least i am) prone to eating disorders (you know modeling and stuff) so i decided it best for my careeer and my life....anywayyyyyyy i'll go away and i'll leave u...hope u dont miss me too much :D byebye XOX your friend as always...LU
- 28/03/08 hey...today was a bad bad day...they tried to rob me while i was heading to the university...and i was like crossing the street and i was putting away my mp4 (i had the phones on) and 5 kids came to me and were like "what are u listening to?" and i said "music" what kind of music "rock"...and then they said...hey give it to me and i was like no way in hell...and he told me "but beware cuz i have a knife" and i as like oh crap im dead right now...and i said.."i dont care ur not having it" and i pushed them away and started running towards the school were mum was at...and i got to the reception lounge and i started to cry and they all were like..what happened to you? i was hysterical and the mom arrived and i started crying even harder and then i calmed down...but im downright scared really...i dunno what to do cuz im always alone when heading to the university....so i dunno...wish me luck
