Patrick Freitas (born February 19, 1971 in Oakland, California) is the current Promoter of ICON Sport (formerly Superbrawl), a mixed martial arts organization based in the Honolulu.

Born in Oakland, California, Freitas grew up in Napa, attending Vichy Elementary and Silverado Middle School. He attended Justin-Siena High School from 1984 to 1989. Freitas later attended the University of Hawaii, where he studied Finance.

After college, Freitas put his Finance education to work in the Investments Department of Bank of Hawaii. In 1997 he transferred to the bank's Marketing Department, where he handled in community relations and community events. In 1998 Freitas accepted an offer to become an advertising executive at KITV, Hawaii's ABC affiliate. A year later he was offered a similar position by Hawaii's NBC affiliate, KHNL, and it's sister station, KFVE. In 1999 Freitas began working with T.Jay Thompson, founder of the mixed martial arts promotion ICON Sport. In 2000, Freitas created a marketing and public relations agency called Freitas Marketing and P.R. His small firm primarily handled community relations for the City and County of Honolulu. As the mixed martial arts industry continued to grow, Freitas decided to close the firm in order to partner with T.Jay Thompson of ICON Sport.
