[edit] Which Earth?

This Earth was designated as taking place on Earth-423 in the Crisis Compendium that came with the Absolute Edition. The preceding unsigned comment was added by Enda80 (talk • contribs) 17:18, March 10,2006 (UTC)

[edit] Legend

Would it be permissible for someone to reproduce the legend from the beginning of the issue here? DC Universee: The Stories of Alan Moore didn't include it. Lord Bodak 22:54, 9 May 2006 (UTC)

Its tricky one as I suspect it might raise some eyebrows about fair use and copyright. The ideal solution is to find it online and link to it. How about these: image and text? It can be tagged on the trivia section and/or popped into an external links section. (Emperor 16:27, 8 July 2006 (UTC))

[edit] Trivia

The following trivia was deleted from the trivia section: "*In the Smallville episode "Drone" (Season 1, Episode 18), Clark Kent runs for student government president and uses "The Man of Tomorrow" as his tagline. It is a phrase suggested to him by Lex Luthor." Would it be permissible to inquire as to why this was deleted?

Bottom line is that all trivia has to be worked into the main section or deleted. See: WP:TRIVIA. So perhaps the person was starting a cleanup? You'd need to ask them. I have tagged the section now so it'd be best to work on reducing the section with an eye to removing it all together. (Emperor 01:29, 30 July 2007 (UTC))

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Superman423.jpg

Image:Superman423.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
