Please do not try and fit this into the new Super 14. Please leave this for these 3 teams. I am going to try and update the lenght, detailing each winning teams season. --HamedogTalk|@ 13:28, 1 February 2006 (UTC)

You should really mention the sport in the opening sentence. Not everyone's accquainted with the Super 12/14. Thanks. --Madchester 06:15, 3 February 2006 (UTC)
Sorry, but its updated now!--HamedogTalk|@ 08:15, 3 February 2006 (UTC)

I updated the 2000 and 2004 finals. 2000 to reflect the conditions and that the Crusaders were professional and showed their experience. 2004 to show that the Crusaders were completely and utterly outclassed. The previous entry showed a ridiculous New Zealand bias. --JohdlTalk

[edit] Team names

Hey, I just thought, shouldnt the SA team links point to Currie Cup teams for up until 1998? eg. Blue Bulls & Natal Sharks? Also, werent the Cats called the Golden Cats until 2002 or something? Cvene64 21:24, 10 July 2006 (UTC)

Mmm dunno, will check 10 Years of Super 12 and see.--HamedogTalk|@ 06:40, 11 July 2006 (UTC)
Its my understanding that the top 4 Currie Cup sides competed in the Super 12 until 1998, and then changed to the franchise model. So Sharks should be Natal Sharks and Bulls should be Blue Bulls. Also, the Cats (post-98) were called Golden Cats for a while, and the Sharks (post-98) were called Coastal Sharks for a while as well. This is just from what I have read here and there though..not 100% on the exact details...Cvene64 03:47, 12 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Super 12 logo.JPG

Image:Super 12 logo.JPG is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
