Supriya Sule is an Indian politician from the Nationalist Congress Party. She is currently a Member of Parliament, representing Maharashtra in the Rajya Sabha. She is the daughter of the President of the Nationalist Congress Party, Sharad Pawar.
Born to Sharad and Pratibha Sharadchandra Pawar on 30 June 1969 at Pune, she was educated at Jai Hind College in Bombay, earning a B.Sc. degree. She married Sadanand Bhalchandra Sule on 4 March 1992. She has One son and one daughter.
She was elected to the Rajya Sabha in the Sept. 2006 intake and is a trustee of the Nehru Centre in Bombay. She is said to to be one of the richest politicians of Maharashtra.[1]
