"Superwoman" was the second single from R&B singer Karyn White's self-titled debut album. It became her second top 10 hit and second #1 hit on the R&B charts.

In 1991, the song was remade by Gladys Knight, with help from Patti LaBelle and Dionne Warwick, and it was featured on her album Good Woman. Faye Wong has also released a cover version of Superwoman entitled, "Because of Him"

The song was covered by Malaysian Idol winner Jaclyn Victor on her sophomore album, Inilah Jac.
