Based in the heart of the west coast tech valley, Irvine, California, Superlative offers a wide range of real estate marketing solutions including: agent/broker real estate web design and hosting, Realtor services, search engine optimization, lead management, content management, custom software development, and an advanced MLS (Multiple Listing Service) database.

Superlative was founded in Irvine, CA in 1997. Since then, Superlative has grown quickly over the past 10 years, culminating in a 40 % growth between 2005-2006.^[2] It consists of departments dedicated to web design, programming, sales and marketing, IT, accounting, and management.

Superlative develops, designs, and hosts real estate-oriented web sites for thousands of brokerages and agents across the country. These web sites and related products fall under the following product lines:

Studio Agent is the flagship product in Superlative's lineup. Customers buy the website, which Superlative hosts. The agent's site is based upon a preexisting Superlative template made by its design team, but still allows for customization by the user. This is both cosmetic and functional. Studio Agent also includes software for lead capture and management (possible clients for the Realtor), search engine optimization, buyer behavior tools, interactive feedback forms, etc.

Superlative offers separate product lines for "custom" and "semi-custom" design work on web sites.

Studio Marketer is not a web site product, but rather a marketing "middleware." Made to optimize an agent or brokerage's lead management program, Studio Marketer offers marketing tools such as drip email (for contacting home buyers or sellers repeatedly) and flyer program. The product provides a way for agents to follow-up on potential leads gained from their Superlative website.
