Super Club is a fictional superstore from the 2006 movie Employee of the Month. Super Club is located in New Mexico in the United States of America. It is modelled after Costco and Sam's Club and it requires a membership card for entrance. Their slogan is "where buying in bulk is our God-given right" and their employees are encouraged to do things the "Super Club way". They are the rival store of Maxi-mart, where they make their employees where ankle bracelets that shock them if they leave the store. They have an in-store restaurant that sell a lot of Coca-Cola, but they use the Steak Smith restaurant for celebrations and other events. They open at 8:30 am and close at 9:00 pm. On the roof they have a mini golf course and hammocks.

Cashiers have a special hangout called the "Cashier's lounge". All other employees have to hangout in the locker rooms. The employees of the month can win "brand new-ish" cars. Some employees use the shipping dock as an area to pass gas.

There are a couple different styles of uniforms for different employees.
The first is a blue vest with a white oval with the Super Club logo on the left side over the heart. The second is a blue apron with pockets along the bottom. The third is a blue golf shirt with the store logo on it. There is also a full length blue shop suit worn by one employee. Most employees carry two way radios and all uniforms have a clip on white card name tag with the Super Club logo.

The cashier's lounge is for cashiers and other employees who cashiers allow in. It comes with some benefits, such as dent-free soda, free soda and water machine, leather couches and recliners, food, sinks, and TVs.

The Super Club softball team has pink uniforms because they accidentally washed them with their red socks. Their employees sign up to play games against teams made up of other employees from other stores like Maxi-mart.

The Super Club way is getting to work early everyday, cleaning up spills, helping lost shoppers, finding missing children, getting no complaints and just going above and beyond.

Shoppers can leave suggestions or file complaints. If any employees receive complaints against them they are disqualified from being the employee of the month.
