Supa Strikas is a comic book created by Strika Entertainment, for Caltex as part of a Marketing/Entertainment campaign. The comic tells the story of a soccer team, also called Supa Strikas, and chronicles its meteoric rise in the Super League. The story covers different matches, training and even personal issues of the characters, and the comic portrays a soccer league in a realistic, and yet cartoonish and exaggerated light.
The team consist of talented players from around the world, and part of the plot revolves around Shakes, a talented new "discovery" player, and his attempts to live up to the legacy and reputation of his late father, soccer legend and one of the founding Supa Strikas, Jomo.
