Portion used	A screenshot of the programme is used, without accompanying soundtrack, a very small portion of the entire work.
Low resolution?	The image is of much lower resolution than the original, and would not be mistaken for the original. Any copies made from this image would be of inferior quality. The image does not in any way limit the ability of the copyright owners to market or sell their product.
Purpose of use	It is used for identification in the context of critical commentary of the title of the show it depicts. It makes a significant contribution to the user's understanding of the article, which could not practically be conveyed by words alone.
