It is believed that, though this image is subject to copyright, usage on Wikipedia, an educational website hosted by the non-profit Wikimedia Foundation, in the article on Super Force, in a section on the series, for the sole purpose of providing an image of the lead actor in the series, who is in character, does not adversely affect the value of the potential market for or value of the copyrighted work and therefore qualifies as fair use under United States copyright law.
