This category is part of WikiProject Volcanoes, a project to systematically present information on volcanoes, volcanology, igneous petrology, and related subjects. If you would like to participate, you can choose to join by visiting the project page.

I'm worried that this is a poor category, as there is no precise definition of the term. For instance, the Siberian Traps have been included, but they are the result of flood basalt eruptions, not a caldera-forming eruption. It could be confusing to people, IMHO. Gwimpey 03:47, Mar 29, 2005 (UTC)
