The foo fighters were not a supergroup, and i noticed eyes adrift is missing
- I've added Eyes Adrift. --Denis C. 21:55, 28 November 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Led Zeppelin
Aren't they considered a supergroup? They formed out of the Yardbirds, and they'd all been in previous bands? --Richy 12:51, 12 January 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Jack's Mannequin
I think Jack's Mannequin qualifies, but I'm not 100% sure. Sometimes it is described as a pseudonym for Andrew McMahon (as it is currently in Wikipedia) and other times it is described as a totally new group comprised of McMahon, Tommy Lee, Bobby Anderson, and others. [edit] Hellyeah
Hellyeah definitely qualifies as a supergroup, with members of Mudvayne, Nothingface, and Mr. Vinnie Paul Abbott.
Also, does Probot count as a supergroup?
[edit] Wolf Parade
Wolf Parade should also be considered as a supergroup, with Spencer Krug former member of Frog Eyes and current member of Swan Lake and Sunset Rubdown, Dan Boeckner of Atlas Strategic and Handsome Furs, and Dante DeCaro as the former guitarist/songwriter of Hot Hot Heat. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 85.28.86.60 (talk) 14:42, 10 April 2008 (UTC)
