The Sun King recently narrowly avoided being decapitated by the High Priestess and her outraged neighbours, upon being absent too long from his kingdom. Having averted (just) this bloody coup, the Sun King has been placed on notice that in order to keep his place as reigning monarch he needs to pull his socks up.

He is lucky that he's pretty cute, otherwise he would not have survived this long as a figurehead.
