[edit] UK Focus

Here is an all American drink, yet almost every single area of this article deals with UK this, UK that! Ya know, America makes SunnyD and Austrailians drink it as well! TheListUpdater 22:00, 14 December 2006 (UTC)

I think it is an absolute disgrace that the majority of Wiki articles have a strong American focus, and the minute one has information from another country, someone can't take it. Kelestar (talk) 13:49, 28 December 2007 (UTC)

I think its an absolute disgrace that you have the intelligence of a small monkey, but I guess we're stuck with you. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 79.75.53.1 (talk) 10:13, 4 June 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Re-launch?

Anyone know why Sunny Delight was re-launched in 2002?

[edit] Requested move

  • Sunny DelightSunnyDRationale: SunnyD has been the official name for some time, but is currently a redirect to Sunny Delight. boffy_b 20:21, 8 April 2006 (UTC)

Oppose Best known as "Sunny Delight" and still made by "Sunny Delight Beverages Co." --Henrygb 21:59, 8 April 2006 (UTC)
  • Support - I see no reason not to use the official name here, as it's not like "SunnyD" is an obscure term for it. — sjorford (talk) 10:07, 10 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Discussion

I found it confusing to refer to the product as SunnyD and the company as Sunny Delight, so I changed references to the company to SDBC. I'm not sure this is the best solution, but couldn't think of a better one. boffy_b 09:30, 12 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Copyright?

Parts of this article seem to have been copied word for word from this article which ironically is cited on the page itself. Wouldn't this be a case of copyright infringement? -HumanZoom 09:44, 24 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Five Percent?

The reference to 5% fruit juice at the end of the advertising section seems misplaced.

[edit] "A rare look at the inventor of Sunny D"... hoax?

This photograph is claimed to be the inventor of Sunny D. Given the editor's lack of contributions (his one other image contribution looks very dubious) and the suspicious lack of detail, I suspect this is a hoax. Fourohfour 11:27, 24 April 2007 (UTC)

I removed it. even if that guy invented the beverage it's not relevant. Ripe 21:21, 24 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Gelatin

Does anyone have a better source for the gelatin claim? The Beta-Carotene article never mentions it containing gelatin and I've never seen thsi claim on vegetarian websites. Ace of Sevens 04:14, 24 August 2007 (UTC)
