Sunway Carnival Mall is a shopping mall located at the center of the Seberang Jaya area which is located beside the Sunway Hotel, Seberang Jaya. Sunway Carnival is a 4-storey shopping mall strategically located within the town center of Seberang Jaya, a township initiated by the Government to boost the administrative, residential, industrial and commercial sector of Malaysia's northern region. Its investment cost to date stands at RM 156 million with a gross built-up of 800,000 sq ft.

Parkson Departmental Store, Golden Screen Cinemas and Giant Hypermarket are the anchor tenants. With more than 150 specialty outlets consisting of international and regional retailers, shoppers can find a varied selection of fashion, accessories, shoes, jewellery, timepieces, music, videos, gifts, souvenirs, leathers, books, pharmacies, electrical products, home décor, cineplex, restaurant and cafes, as well as an amusement centre.
