[edit] Fictional character biography
When Dominus (a massive, sentient computer created by the Arcane race) lands in the American Southwest to take over the Earth, it creates its agents Butte, Cactus, and Gila. He makes one more to be his human agent...Sunstroke.
The Avengers stumbled upon Dominus' minions and encountered Dominus also. During battle, Dominus fled into space upon seeing Moon Knight's different personalities. Sunstroke also disappeared.
Sunstroke was among the many villains attending a weapons expo hosted by AIM. Sunstroke battled with Captain America (whom was in disguise at the time).
He joined the Masters of Evil in their bid to blackmail the world governments.

Sunstroke absorbs solar energy and causes a variety of effects like generation of blinding flashes and projecting waves of heat, besides flying.
