Sunrise Berhad (MYX: 6165) is a Malaysian property development company. Listed on the main board of Bursa Malaysia in 1996, its current market capitalisation is over RM1 billion. It has property interests in Australia, South Africa and the United Kingdom via joint ventures with overseas partners.

The company has an existing land bank of 1,000 acres (4 km²) in Malaysia, and its businesses include property development, facilities management and investment holdings.

The company was ranked first in quality attributes for four consecutive years (2003 - 2006) in The Edge Malaysia’s "Top Ten Property Developers Awards". It is also thrice winner of the FIABCI Malaysia Property Award in 1997, 2001 and 2005 for Best Residential Development, and is listed as one of Forbes Asia’s “Best Under US$1billion” turnover public listed companies in 2005.

Sunrise is responsible for the award-winning Sunrise Mont Kiara Integrated Global Village, an extremely successful residential suburb that incorporates high-end condominiums, an international school and commercial centres. Residents are a mix of Malaysians and more than 30 other nationalities, with a daytime population (including office workers and international school occupants) exceeding 15,000. With the launch of Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) services in 2001, the global village is the federal capital’s first urban centre to be fully networked to high-speed internet access.
