Sunrise Athletic Conference

The Sunrise Athletic Conference is an affiliate of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA). Its six member institutions are located in Maine, Massachusetts, New York, and Vermont.

The State University of New York at Canton has applied for membership in the NAIA and the Sunrise Athletic Conference.[1]
Lyndon State College has applied for membership in the NCAA Division III. It was approved and is currently in the process of becoming a full member, which will occur in fall 2010.
